Shrimp Pancit Bihon

Heat oil in pan and saute shrimp until pink. Then, set shrimp aside on plate.
In remaining oil, saute garlic, onion, celery. Once soften, add parsley and black pepper.

Add soy sauce and water. Once it starts to boil, add boullion cube and stir.
Add the carrot, cabbage, and snow peas.

Add noodles and lightly mix until the noodles have soaked up all the liquid.

Place shrimp back in pot and cook for 2 minutes.

Rinse rice and soak in water for 20 minutes. Then, drain rice and add the ghee.
Heat milk over medium-high heat, stir and bring it to a boil. Once milk boils, turn heat to low.
Add rice and ghee mixture to the milk and cook for 35 minutes.
Add sugar and cardamom to the mixture and cook for another 4 minutes.
Turn off heat and serve with nuts on top.
